RAW CASHEW VANILLA CUSTARD
This is a delicious and versatile raw food recipe that I’ve been playing with for years. I use it to make raw fruit tarts, to compliment a hearty breakfast bowl, to pipe into raspberries or black berries for tiny bite sized desserts, or as a sweet nutty dip for apples and pears.

RAW ALMOND SUN DRIED TOMATO PESTO
This is one of my favorite dips and I recently taught it in one of my Klean Kitchen cooking classes. I recommend raw, unpasteurized, organic almonds for this recipe because once they’ve soaked for awhile and start to sprout they take on a really bright flavor that you just can’t achieve with treated almonds.

These delicious frozen popsicles are a great way to “trick” your kids into eating vital omega 3s and probiotics. The fish oil is disguised in a lemony supplement called Omega Swirl and the probiotics come in the form a refreshing beverage called Good Belly. These are both great products that I recommend for the entire family!

I created this recipe while caring for a fried with esophageal cancer. I wanted to feed him something that would satiate him, that he would enjoy, but also had anti-inflammatory properties. I served it with braised kale.
