Cooking Classes

 I teach both public and private wellness cooking classes.  I call the series of public cooking classes “The Klean Kitchen”.  These are healthy cooking classes designed to provide students with hands on instruction on how to prepare healthy, “klean” and of course delicious food at home. They stress the importance of selecting ingredients that are free of GMOs and harmful toxins such as pesticides, preservatives, antibiotics, and hormones. The ingredients are organic and locally sourced whenever possible.    

Classes include hands on instruction along with recipes to take home. Once students have prepared the food they sit down to a family style meal to enjoy the delicious & nutritious recipes they’ve created as a team.

Private classes are also available!  They are more intimate and taught in your home.  At least 4 students are required in order to book a class.  I come to your home with all the ingredients and tools and take you through step by step instruction to learn 3 courses.  These classes are great fun for birthday parties, showers, corporate team building, or just bringing family and friends together to share in the delight of beautiful food.  Price per person varies depending on the menu you select.
