Yoga

 I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance (RYS 200) And a Foundation Training Student Instructor.  I teach private and group lessons to compliment the wellness approach I’ve chosen for my business and for my life. Yoga has become a life long journey for me and is a source of endless joy, inspiration and well-being. In an effort to share the bliss that I’ve experienced through the practice of yoga I learned the skills to pass on this timeless wisdom to others.

I’ve spent most of my yogi life in an Anusara studio in Park City, Utah called The Shop. This was my launching pad into other modalities of this ancient practice. Anusara will always be the foundation of my personal practice and of my teaching style.

I studied with Tiffany Wood in a 100 hour Anusara immersion course in Salt Lake City, Utah and later went on to complete my 200 hour teacher training with the Yandara Institute in Bali.

Class Descriptions

Gentle Flow Yoga- This class begins with a guided meditation for grounding and connecting. We will focus on connecting slow movements with breath and exploring the Anusara Yoga principle of drawing energy from periphery to core and explore slow expansion and freedom through stability. The class is for all levels and finishes with sivasana.

Back Body Yoga- If you have back pain or know someone who does, if you’re an athlete looking to improve your performance, if you work at a desk all day, if you’re aging and would like to walk a little taller, if you’re ready to change your movement patterns and alleviate pain then you need this practice!
