What people are saying.

“I suffered for over one year with IBS before I connected with Sofía. She worked miracles! I saw improvement within a few sessions with her. And after 4 months of “treatment” my symptoms had greatly abated. There are so many reasons to recommend her: first of all, her approach is calming, can-do, no-nonsense, and very practical. Her demeanor is professional yet warm and caring. Sofía is non-judgmental, so you never feel like you are making mistakes or doing things wrong. She has a magical way of making you feel positive about your daily life and your progress, even if it is slow. Sofía is also extremely responsive; she answered all my questions promptly and provided extra hints and steps to take. She is amazingly knowledgeable about all facets of nutrition, diet and cooking. She has myriad solutions for anything and everything. What I especially appreciate is that Sofía isn’t authoritarian about what she advises. She gives you research-based reasons for making changes and adapting your daily eating habits, and you then feel good about making informed decisions. In addition to her “healing mode” Sofía is a master chef who has an endless collection of phenomenal recipes that are easy to prepare and delicious. And she is so generous in sharing those. She also can come to your home and cook with you while teaching you great kitchen hacks. She did just thus for my husband and me, resulting in a fantastic dinner, rivalling any gourmet restaurant in Santa Fe! I feel very fortunate to have found Sofía Mileti to have worked with her, to have her in my life, and I recommend her without qualification!"

“The idea of a ketogenic diet was something I was loosely familiar with when I starting speaking with Sofia about it. While the initial phases of becoming fat adapted, beginning intermittent fasting, and entering ketosis were not without it’s challenges, I felt supported and well guided about what I was doing and why. In the three months from mid-July to mid-October I dropped 22 lbs. I had been on a slow recovery from an elbow injury in climbing. During this time my sport climbing jump from 5.10+ to 5.11 with no increase in elbow pain. After getting shut down on a large summer project, I was able to go back four weeks later and 8-10 lbs lighter and complete the East Face of Mt. Alice. This included 22:30 hours of time on my feet in two days, ~6000’ of elevation gain/loss, 1800’ of 5th class climbing, and 23.2 miles of travel with a 50 lb pack. Sofia took the time to hear me with regard to where I was at with my diet, my training, my life and meet me there. She was instrumental in supporting me through keto-adaptation, the importance of intermittent fasting, juicing, balancing my minerals. And why; which for me is very important to understand. She was very insightful in helping me identify patterns and self-limiting beliefs; some strategies to navigate them, and a couple scoops of tough love It’s great to be 47 years old and out climbing with people 20 years younger than me and keeping pace. At this point I feel great and am looking forward to continuing the journey. Sofia is a fantastic resource if you are serious about your endurance mountain objects from her rich background in skiing and mtn biking, to my current world of alpine rock climbing.”

  • Jordan Vaughn Smith:

“I am a mother of 2 girls and the executive director of a non-profit. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos 9 months ago. With a family history of autoimmune disease including rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, I took this diagnosis seriously and with a lot of alarm bells. After considerable research, I began implementing the Auto-Immune Protocol diet, which is a stricter form of Paleo. This meant that almost nothing I could eat was grab and go. In addition to my regular schedule, I needed to cook everything, 3 meals a day. The stress from all angles of my life was increasing instead of decreasing at a time I needed to focus on healing. That’s when I met Sofia Mileti, who has been critical my healing. Sofia plans my week of meals and then shops for all our grocery needs and then prepares the meals on Sunday. Her meals are delicious and I know I can trust that they fit my diet and my kids appetite. I have also used her for catering events that have wowed people. She is extremely knowledgeable and flexible. And her meals are delicious and creative. If you are busy like we are or have special food needs, but still want nutritious family hassle-free meals to be important, I highly recommend her for a one-off or ongoing services. ”

“What an amazing dinner last night! You really outdid yourself this time. Everything was just delicious- from beginning to end. I can see how much work goes into doing this & I for one, want to say THANK YOU!!!!”

  • Ann Reese:

“Sofia Mileti is a gifted woman with many exceptional talents. I am so grateful for her. Sofia is an amazing personal chef; she catered a beautiful dinner party for me. My guests said it was the most delicious meal they had ever tasted! She is also an unbelievable yoga instructor, teaching on both physical and spiritual levels. I have benefited greatly from her classes in mind, spirit and body. At Christmas, I gifted my nephew with a private baking lesson with Sofia. They made an Italian fig cheesecake. He absolutely loved it! This was a lesson, not only in baking, but in healthy eating as well. It is a wonderful pleasure to know Sofia and experience her many talents.”
