YOGA IN THE TIME OF CORONA VIRUS

This too shall pass and the light will shine more brightly and our souls will sparkle and dance after having been polished by the deep waters of human suffering.

And in the mean time we get to deepen our connections with ourselves AND with our community, we just have to take advantage of all those techie digital meeting places!

I’m wishing you and your loved ones healthy bodies and buoyant spirits in these trying times. It’s been a wild ride and now more than ever we need to stay grounded and nurture ourselves with kindness and patience so we have the strength to stay healthy, help others, and weather the storm.

My gut and my heart tell me that in the big picture this pandemic is a gift and we will not only survive it but ascend from it as a more conscious, connected, and loving species. In this time of social distancing many teachers can continue connecting with their students and even build new studentship in other parts of the country or the world using virtual platforms, how cool is that! Silver linings right?!

I recently taught a class with students logging in from Brooklyn NY, Los Angeles, Ca, Guatemala, Santa Fe, NM, Santa Rosa, Ca, and Salt Lake City, Ut., all in the same virtual studio! What a gift to be able to teach a class, share, and connect with my online Kula!

My classes are by donation If you’d like to contribute then a $10-20 Venmo or Paypal transfer would be greatly appreciated. I want to encourage self care movement and breath over anything else so if you can’t contribute at this time please don’t let that discourage you from attending.

My Venmo handle is @Sofia-Mileti and Paypal is PayPal.Me/SofiaMileti . These are group classes offered Mon., Wed., and Fri. but I am more than happy to schedule private Zoom sessions. Call or email me!

Visit my Yoga and Fitness page for class schedule, Zoom links, and class descriptions.
