If you’re dreading going to the gym or hate running but you do it because you think you have to, whatever your workout activities are, if you’re not totally getting off on them then STOP 🙅🏻‍♀️…and find activities that you love!

Stressing out over exercise will literally slow your metabolism because your anxious brain is telling your body to store fat. I really like rowing this boat! It’s fun and relaxing. I hate crunches, sit ups, and pretty much any core work, but I sure do love hula hooping!
